    Oops!!

I knitted the bottom first and it did not turn out correct. Not sure what I did wrong. It's a great circle, however, its got a 4" center hole - like a Christmas tree skirt. I just love the look of this pattern and would like to know what I did wrong. If anyone could let me know I would truly appreciate it.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Thank you for your feedback! The base of the Puppy Toy Basket is created by knitting short rows, or wedges, and then sewing the starting edge together with the ending edge. As you knit the rows, take care to leave the proper number of stitches unworked as you make your way around the base. When done, sew the cast on the edge to bind off the edge from the center of the circle, closing off any hole that might form in the center.

A: There is a picture on page two of the pattern showing the bottom of the Puppy Toy Basket. We are including a copy with this response.
