If I knit the Sl1Pwyif K1 repeat, I will finish the 2 stitch pattern AT the marked stitch. If I stop 1 stitch before the marked stitch, I won't complete both stitches of the pattern. Which is it?
7 months ago1 AnswerA: We’re happy to help you with the Caron Stripey Linen Stitch Knit Wrap. While it does seem to go against our knitter’s intuition, this stitch combination will work out well. When working to one stitch before the marked stitch, you will still slip it with yarn in the front. Then, move the yarn to the back and slip the next two stitches together knitwise. Knit the next stitch. Pass the two stitches over the previously knitted stitch. We hope this helps you move forward with your knitting. Happy knitting!
