2 years agoI enjoyed this pattern and have done three. The Caron Chunky Cupcake also came with the top ball for the beanie, which was nice. I chose to do the alternating color version, like the sample photo. The pattern starts at the lower ribbing. I found that if you start from the inside or the outside of the skein, the ribbing will be two different colors. You will get a far better outcome of coloring if you use the same color for the entire ribbing and then switch from inside and outside of skein for the color pattern.Yes, I recommend this product.

4 months ago1 AnswerA: We're sorry to hear you had issues separating the pompom from your yarn. To work attach the pompom for your colorwork crochet hat, thread the two different yarns through the hat at different places, and tie them together on the inside.
