    Q: 5th round I don't understand. The pattern says 1hdc in each of next 11(3-2) hdc. What does this mean

    A: The Kitty Crochet Hat is written in three sizes. The instructions are written in a format that provides instructions for all sizes at once instead of rewriting the entire pattern for each individual size. The format is as follows: 6 mos (12 mos, 18/24 mos) Additionally, each size is also color-coded: 6 mos, red; 12 mos, yellow; 18/24 mos, green When working the pattern you will follow the instructions for the size you are making only and ignore the other sizes. This means you will work the repeat by working 1 hdc in each of the next 11 hdc for the 6 mos size, 3 hdc for 12 mos or 2 hdc for 18/24 mos size. Happy stitching!
