2 years agoWell out of a 200* order they lost and had to send out the hook and Yarn separately on top of that I didn’t get the scan code so all I had was a written pattern. Overall customer service here is a joke. For the project itself I did in 6 hours and it was enjoyable fits the love seat and I threw in and extra color to the pink and blue so we have matching ones to snuggle with. My husband doesn’t like he bigger holes in his but he never does.No, I do not recommend this product.
