a year agoI really like this yarn and find it lovely for sturdy socks. I took off a star because it is NOT your standard fingering weight yarn, as the label indicates and the patterns suggest. it's a solid sport weight or close enough to it not to split hairs but they refuse to call it what it actually is, when it is compared to every other standardized fingering weight sock yarn. They do suggest a size 2 needles but the stitch counts aren't going to work very well with this yarn. If you normally knit 64 stitch socks, you'll need to go down at least eight or even ten stitches.Yes, I recommend this product.
