a year ago1 AnswerA: When you work two dc into the first chain (fourth chain from hook) that creates 3 stitches. Then you turn the work and working into those stitches, you work one dc in each dc and 1 dc into the last chain. (3 dc created) Then you turn and work the bobble stitch and then work across the 3 dc stitches. Each time you will turn the work and go back in the other direction.
