    Beautiful afghan!

This afghan is definitely an intermediate pattern but is so beautiful! I made this with the help from Mikey's You Tube video. (From the Crotchet Crowd). He made the difficult instructions easy by breaking everything down into easy-to-follow steps.

Q: Is there a alternate yarn? this yarn is hard to find and expensive. can i use some other type?

    1 Answer

A: Bernat Blanket and Bernat Softee Chunky are both similar in weight to Bernat Maker Home Dec, and although they have different textures, both products work up into beautiful blankets. We recommend that you purchase extra yarn, as your finished blanket will not be exactly the same size as stated on the pattern.
