2 months agoThis stuff is wild. I’m an extremely okay crocheter, and can make amazing things if they’re round but panic at the thought of anything flat. Subsequently, I’ve never made granny squares before and this has taught me so much about tension and hook size and how to keep consistency in a piece. I still can’t count, but that’s a me problem. Helpful hints: don’t try to adjust your tension, instead go up or down by a hook size. I find it’s perfect if I use my 6.5 hook for the first two rounds, the 6 for the 3rd and 4th round and the 5.5 for the last round. I also only do 5 chains to start instead of 6. Highly recommended if you’re not afraid of crocheting flat things, and also recommended if you are afraid of flat things but want a challenge!Yes, I recommend this product.

4 months agoI LOVE THIS YARN! Once you work out your tension it's a breeze! Everyone's tension is different and I have ridiculously tight tension so I did need to go up a hook size. I like the concept too. I do wish I could get 6 of each color scheme! Lol!Yes, I recommend this product.

6 months agoWhen I first bought this yarn it was kind of tricky. You have fiddle around with different size hooks or drop the number of stitches to make it work. I did make the granny cardigan like the pattern says. I decided to make the tote using a floral pattern. I really like the way this looks. Just give it chance. I have many different skeins of this yarn. I usually mark what size hook I use for which round(color) on the package. I work on different skeins on different days. So this helps me keep things rolling. I get bored working on the same color all the time.Yes, I recommend this product.

10 months agoHelpful?Q: When will any of this yarn be available? I live in Nanaimo, BC and we have only Walmart and this online site to purchase this yarn. The online site has been out of stock from day one and Walmart has nothing.
