6 months agoI tried this pattern several times even with different sizes and no matter how many times you count the stitches and do exactly what the pattern says.... The stitches that you have do not match what the pattern says you should have. It was very frustrating I really wanted to make this sweater and just gave up. It would be nice if they reviewed this pattern and fix the problems or made the pattern easier to read and follow. The pattern is very convoluted.Helpful?Response from Yarnspirations:6 months agoConsumer CareThank you for your feedback regarding the Paw Print Dog Sweater. Questions
Start typing your question and we'll check if it was already asked and answered.1 - 1 of 1 QuestionQ: Under COLLAR, size M the total number of sts is listed as “76,” but I am only coming up with “66.” If you add the cast on for the collar (8) to the number of sts for the back (58), I get “66.” Can’t figure out where the 10 sts difference is.
4 months ago1 AnswerA: When you are working your collar of the Paw Print Dog Knit Sweater, the instructions read: Cast on 6 (8- 6-8) sts for buttonhole tab. Beg by working over sts just cast-on. Work in (K2. P2) ribbing across chest sts, continue in (K2. P2) ribbing across Back sts from st holder. In addition to working the 8 stitches just cast on and the back stitches, you are also working the 10 stitches from the chest. Together, this gives you a total of 76 stitches.
