Very soft yarn that works up easy and barely splits which is a major plus for me. Love it and totally recommend it.

      Another great yarn from Caron

Love this yarn! It has the most amazing stitch definition when you stitch it up. Also the touch of wool really great since I find yarn with a bit a wool really keeps it shape. Can wait to finish my sweater and wear it in this chilly weather.

      Yes, I recommend this product.

      Great Yarn!

I bought some blue topaz to make the mountaintop sweater. Just started, but this was way softer than I thought it would be. Stitches look great so far, might have found my new sweater yarn!

      Yes, I recommend this product.

Soft, nice yarn but it splits a little which was difficult at the start. I would buy it again.

      Good but splits too much

Nice and soft but splits a lot. I agree with most other comments that it looks good in a project, but trying to work around splitting is tiring.

      Shiny and splits

Quite a shiny yarn. Maybe I missed this detail in the description. It also splits so easily that don't know how I’m even going to finish my ends. Very unhappy with this yarn.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Why would you not make this yarn in WHITE?

      1 Answer

A: Thank you for your question! We haven’t introduced Simply Me yarn in white just yet because we’ve chosen colors that really highlight the yarn’s soft, textured feel, perfect for bringing your unique ideas to life. While we don’t currently have white, we do offer an aran shade, which is a light neutral and a great option for many projects. We genuinely appreciate your interest and may consider adding white to our collection in the future. We’re always looking to expand the palette to give you even more creative options.

Q: What hook or needles is used with this yarn?

      1 Answer

A: Thank you for your interest in our products. The hook or needle size can vary depending on the specific project you’re working on, as it affects the final texture, drape, and overall look of the piece. For crochet, a hook in the range of 5.5 mm (I-9) to 6.5 mm (K-10.5) is recommended for this yarns, though your project type—such as whether you want a tight or loose stitch—can influence which hook size works best. A larger hook size can create a looser, more open fabric, while a smaller hook creates a denser, more compact fabric. For knitting, needles in the 6 mm (US 10) to 6.5 mm (US 10.5) range are typical. Again, the type of project matters: a larger needle will give you a softer, more drapey result, while a smaller needle leads to a firmer fabric. Ultimately, feel free to adjust your hook or needle size based on the pattern you use and the texture and tension you want to achieve for your specific project!

A: Bernat Maker works up to be about the same gauge. I would probably substitute that yarn.

Q: The picture with the ladies holding the yarn, the one in the cream sweater is holding a blue yarn and the lady with the lilac sweater is holding a purple yarn. Does anyone know the colours of those yarns? I think the purple may be amethyst but not sure.
