a month agoI was sent the totally wrong yarn a week ago. I submitted a request to correct this the same day. A picture of the order i received was also sent to prove I wasn’t lying. I haven’t heard a word from a real person yet. This is the second time i have been sent the wrong yarn. The first time I let it go because I know mistakes happen. After this, I will buy my yarns from another business.No, I do not recommend this product.

2 years agoI have purchased this yarn many times before, but wasn't thrilled with what I received this time around. The yarn wasn't as soft as before, and the dye lot made the colors look more neon-ish than the usual pastels. I am using it because I'm on a deadline, but will be making purchases in person when possible from now on.Yes, I recommend this product.
