I think the pattern could be wrong, or I’m reading it wrong, or it’s just hard to understand.Helpful?Response from Yarnspirations:a month agoConsumer CareFor the Knit Top Down Baby Raglan Pullover, it looks like you are making the smallest size. You begin with 64 stitches and use a make 1 increase, which is done between the stitches. Here is a video for a M1 increase in case you are not familiar. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4wxoi4Bs3ao It is important that you do not do a knit in the front and the back, or your stitch counts will not work out. Eight stitches are increased on round, 2 in each body section and two in each sleeve section. Doing the math, you should have 168 stitches (eight stitches x 13 repeats = 104 stitches; 104+64=168) The increases are worked a total of 13 times in each section. For the sleeves, you start with 8 stitches, do 13 increases of two stitches each leaving you with 34 stitches for the sleeves. The pattern is correct. We hope this clears up how the stitches are worked. -
