    Q: I'm crocheting this piece and am at row 30 and having trouble understanding what TURN means at the end of the instructions for this row.

    A: Rows 30 to 36 are worked over one space. When you complete the rows, all you have is one tip, then you will need to repeat those rows over and over to make all the tips. This does require turning the work over to work going the other way.
