What does it mean in 6 to chain 14 and turn then 10 sc and 14 chs? It ends up with a loop and if you turn wouldn't that be another row. I'm an experienced crochter and this doesn't make sense. Clarification please.
a year ago1 AnswerA: The Jingle Bell Stockings is crocheted from the toe upward. Row 6 is the row in which you make the chain for the beginning of the tube for the stocking. You will ch 1 and sc into each of the 10 sc you worked in Row 5. Then, ch 14. That’s the row. Row 6: Ch 1, sc in each st, ch 14, turn—(This is your stitch count: 10 sc and 14 chs.)
