    A: While we do not have a video tutorial for the Cuddle Me Crochet Blanket pattern, we are happy to help you with getting started. To begin, you will be working into the back of the chain. Work 1 dc in the 6th chain from hook. The 5 chains you have skipped will count as the first dc of the 1st row (3 chains) and two skipped chains. Next, you will chain 1 and then work 1 dc into the first skipped chain (this would be two chains back from the first dc you worked). This creates a cable pattern. Next, you will *skip the next 2 chains and work 1 dc in the next chain, ch 1, dc in first skipped chain (working in front of the previous dc). You will work this repeat from the asterisk across the row. We have included a portion of the diagram from page 2 of the pattern and we have marked it up for you to demonstrate what is going on in the pattern visually. In the diagram, the light gray dc stitches are the ones which will be behind the dc stitches which cross over them as you look at your work.
