Took months to complete. Kept having difficulty with final row but the diagram helped resolve the few directions that were unclear to me in the written pattern. Saving this pattern to use again at some point in the future! This was a gift paired with houseshoes.

Easy pattern to make and easy to repeat for multiple squares. The results are beautiful with any color.

Made following the red heart super saver parrot stripes yarn label. Was a fun pattern that turned out great. Soaked the finished blanket in water with a cup of white vinegar and machine washed and dried with fabric softener and dryer sheets to soften up the yarn. I love this one so much that I’m keeping for myself.

I used this pattern as a way to apply some new crochet skills. Since I haven’tbeen crocheting long it took me a couple of days to interpret the instruction, esp abbreviations but that’s mostly my own inexperience. Since all the motifs are the same it was easy to get into a rhythm and after awhile I could do one in a couple of hours. I love the finished product-now I just have to learn how to block it!
