This video should help: https://youtu.be/HA5y73y9X5U?si=bw3O3UcwyjZzCEAv In this video he works behind the stitch, in the pattern instructions it shows to work in front. The stitch is worked the same but instead of going behind the last stitch worked you will go in front.
