Work really well for me as I have arthritis and gripping smaller handles can sometimes be a challenge. Love the yarn cutter

Love this Susan Bates set❣️ Very comfortable for my arthritic hands. I do wish they would make a 3mm, 3.4mm, 4.5mm & a 7mm insert for this set? I love how the hooks are made a little pointier & a little deeper cut in the hook. I have been using them since I got them & love them❣️ The bigger set- 8mm, 9mm & 10mm set has a small design flaw, it has a small indention that goes around the hook where the hook meets the handle when inserted & that little indention snags my yarn sometimes. But this set does not have that flaw❣️

There is a small design flaw on the larger hook set 8-10mm, they have a small indentation around the hook where it meets the handle after inserted & that indention snags the yarn sometimes. The smaller hooks & hook sets do not have that indentation. I’d love a replacement set of the larger hook set if they make more? But I do love the comfort of the handle & am using these for everything from making a basket with 9mm to amugarumi with 5mm hook & I love them. I have used Susan Bates hooks for so long it is hard for me to crochet with anything else❣️

I'm very happy with the hook and attachments. I'm able to switch the hook size quickly and cut with the yarn-cutting attachment. I’ve bought so many needles but this is the best for me so far.

So far I’ve had no issues. I love these sets and switching the hooks has never been so easy. I wish there would be an ultimate collection of all the sizes together with a slightly bigger carrying pouch. This set has a might nicer and sturdier pouch than the smaller hook set. I think these are a must have.

So far, I have been very happy to have the Susan Bates Twist+Lock. It is very convenient during travel crocheting to use the included cutter instead of carrying a separate pair of scissors.

I absolutely adore this system, as someone who personally tends to hoard craft paraphernalia from various hobbies I’ve picked up and then forgotten about for awhile, i hate having a bunch of hooks to take with me to try and crochet on the go but I also don’t like having a bunch to lose in the couch so the carrying case and interchangeable hooks are amazing! I took this kit on a trip and was able to unzip my hooks and crochet on a plane, in the car,etc. I even take my crochet projects when I go to karaoke now ;since I don’t have a rattling bag of crochet hooks to lug around! I have nerve pain in my hands and fingers specifically and this system is a lot easier on my hands, I will say on that note I wish they had different shaped/girth of handles to select as well, I think more ergonomic options being available would keep me on this brand and system exclusively 👀 🧶
