a year agoI purchased these to try with a bamboo and cotton blend yarn that was splitting. They were terrific. I even found them useful with an acrylic yarn that was lighter than the labeled, a 3k that turned out more like a 2 weight. I would not recommend doing post stitches with the smaller size hooks, they are rather flimsy. For regular stitches all sizes are great. The 5MM and up are very sturdy. These are light weight and great for travel. Inexpensive if you tend to lose the, when traveling..Yes, I recommend this product.

5 years agoBought this pkg of hooks because it gets too expensive giving away my wood and aluminum ones every time I visit friends or family! This package has 6 hooks that's under $0.60 each. Now when I'm crocheting, all who desire to learn will have the best in line hooks on the market, I feel better when I give..them an "extra" HOOK or two, to keep AND the wonderful craft of Crocheting goes on to another person, sometimes even in a new generation!
