    Q: there are no directions on how to attach the strap to the tote. There are only instructions on how to make it. please provide the instructions on how to do this

    A: To attach the straps of your Wise Owl Tote Bag, lay the bag flat. You should have a tail at either end of the strap, one from the beginning of the foundation chain, and one when you fasten off row 2. If available, use these tails to sew the straps into place. If not, use a new piece of yarn. Attach the straps on either side at the fold between the front and the back, and use a whip stitch sew each side into place. Weave in the ends and trim the yarn.
