Q: I don’t turn after rnd 23 but my question is on round 24 after making the 3 chains(which counts as a dc) where do I place the next 2 dc since there is no ch-1 space from the previous round to work into? You are above the 3 dc from previous round.

A: In taking another look at the Sunshine Baby Blanket, it appears there may be a typo when the instructions say to not turn after Rnd 23. Following logically, it appears it should say to not turn after Rnd 27 instead. This will allow for a perfect setup for Rnd 28. Please turn after Rnd 23, but not after Rnd 27. We have forwarded this information to the design team for further review as well. We apologize for any confusion.

Q: Since I am not turning after round 23 how do I start round 24?

    1 Answer

A: When making the Sunshine Baby Blanket, some rounds will instruct you to turn your work at the end of the round while others specifically instruct to not turn. In the case such as at the end of round 23, instead of turning, you will continue working the next round in the same direction. We hope you enjoy the rest of your project!

Q: I’m confused about around 33 with the three season chain to space sometimes it says to chain to or chain three in between and sometimes it doesn’t. Are there chain threes on both sides of the three DC?

Q: Currently working on this but I'm confused about the rnds 5-27 because it stated not to turn after rnd 23. Do I continue to 27 rnds without turning or jump straight to rnd 28 for the boarder?

A: When working the Sunshine Baby Blanket, sometimes, the rounds are turned, and sometimes they are not. From the beginning, odd number rounds are worked on the right side, and after round 23 (right side), continue working all the rounds (24-27) on the right side (not turning). Round 28 is also a right side round.
