4 months agoMy zipper pull broke on my favorite pair of boots, this was an easy fix to my problem! I had a hard time figuring out how to open the clasp. I highly recommend watching the YouTube video, helped tremendously, just use a pair of pliers to gently squeeze the clasp to open it, super easy! It took less than a minute to put it on!Yes, I recommend this product.

We hope that these additional instructions are helpful: 1- Use wire cutters if necessary, and remove any remaining portion of the old zipper pull. 2- Open the loop of the zipper pull by pushing in on the hook side of the loop and then pulling toward the hinge side. The hinge side has a small circle on the base. It may be easier to open if you use a tool like tweezers or needle-nose pliers. 3. Slide the hook through the center loop on the zipper pull. 4. Close hook to form loop. You may also find this video helpful: https://youtu.be/1UaEmggB2DM -
