a year agoChart and written instructions do not match. Following chart gives a combo of stockinette and moss (half of the stockinette is purl side showing). Following the written instructions would produce a fabric with moss and garter sections which is not what the picture shows. It appears the written instructions were created from the cart by someone who does understand that the chart always depicts the right side of the fabric and transcribed the chart without translating the wrong side stitches.Helpful?Response from Yarnspirations:a year agoConsumer CareThank you for taking the time to work up with pattern. We did a review of the pattern and the charted instructions do match the written instructions. The blanket is made up of moss stitch, stockinette and reverse stockinette (the back side of stockinette, which can sometime look like garter). It is read from right to left on the odd number rows, and left to right on the even number rows, and it does depict the front side of the fabric. Should you have more concerns, or wish assistance to work through this pattern, feel free to email inquire@yarnspirations.com with your questions. Please include the name of the pattern and which specific section is giving difficulties. -
