    Q: When I'm making the thumb why am I having an hole it's like there's too many stitches left over after I follow the pattern

    A: When working on your Hands Full Crochet Mittens, please make sure that the initial chain of 2 at the beginning of the rounds is not being counted as a half double crochet (hdc).
