a month agoThe yarn itself is soft. The major problem with this product is how the skein is wrapped. It quickly gets knotted and tangled as it falls apart. It doesn't matter if you pull from the indide or outside. Parts of the skein fall off and become a tangled mess that is difficult to use.No, I do not recommend this product.

7 months ago1 AnswerA: We see by the contact information provided that you may be based in Canada. At this time, our emails go globally and we are not able to segregate them based upon country of residence. As a result, some specials or products may be available in the U.S. and not Canada, and vice versa depending upon warehouse stock. We are working towards sending emails according to country of residence, however we are not quite there yet with this software upgrade.
