    Q: How would I alter this pattern if I wanted to make it for an adult woman?

    A: While you are absolutely in control of your knitting, choosing your yarn, hooks or needles, etc that work for you, customization of the original design can and most often will adjust the final result. Whether customizing the size, the yarn utilized, or creating a new design altogether, providing the instructions or yarn required would require a new design. While we are happy to provide a wide range of patterns free for your use, our Design team does not currently offer custom pattern services. You may wish to contact an independent designer that may offer custom pattern services. That said, this pattern requires multiples of 8, if that helps you to modify it on your own.
