2 years agoMy granddaughter loves loop yarn and makes scarves and cowls to sell at craft fairs. Bernal Alize-ez blanket yarn is her favorite brand of loop yarn. She especially likes the rainbow color and made a beautiful cowl out of it. It was shipped, and arrived in excellent condition, in a timely manner, and was packed well to withstand the trip from the warehouse to my house. 4 years agoI love this yarn so much! I’ve made countless blankets and scarves with it. It’s easy to use and the quality is much better than others that I have tried. Please consider adding colors! 5 years agoI bought this to make my autistic child a blanket for autism awareness and it turned out beautiful. I am disabled and cannot get up so this keeps me busy . The only problem is I never get to keep them for me. I have made 15 and some of my grandkids and friends seem to latch on to them. 6 years agoTook a chance on this product when I saw it in a bin at Joanns. I didnt find the instructions on the inside of the label very clear, so I went on YouTube and watched a video. I LOVE this wool!! I cant begin to tell you how easy this is to work with. I made a throw in just a few hours!! 6 years agoI bought this yarn a couple days ago, watched a few YouTube videos to get the hang of it and had a very cozy and long scarf in about 2 1/2 hours! You have to be aware of what you're doing and make sure you don't skip a loop but even if you do it's very easy to go back and redo. I only had one skein and prefer thinner width scarves so using the beginner scarf pattern I did 8 loops rather than 12 and it came out long enough to double loop around my neck and still leave long enough tails to tuck into a jacket. The yarn is so soft and not itchy at all. I can't wait to buy more to make a blanket!Helpful?Anonymous5 out of 5 stars.Fun and easy
6 years agoI bought 1 skein, just to see how it would work up. Just LOVE it!! Just 1 skein made up to a beautifully soft, soft scarf. They all want one in their own colors. Only took me an hour to make a long scarf!! Soooo easy and fun to work with. 5 years agoWhile overall this yarn was a dream to work with, there were sections of the grey yarn that had no dye on them. This makes the completed blanket look as if it is soiled. 8 months agoThe yarn quality is inconsistent, at best. Sometimes it is full and fluffy and sometimes it is flat and scraggly. Some skeins are super soft and some are rougher feeling. This batch had yellow coloring on the white parts on several of the skeins, almost looked like pee. Not thrilled with the quality but the yarn is very easy to use.No, I do not recommend this product.

5 years agoIt knits up pretty easily but there are tons of knots in this yarn. Some skeins are knot-free, while others have 3 or 4 where it's pieced together. For 18 yards of acrylic yarn at this price, it should be without knots.Helpful?2 out of 5 stars.Yarn works up nice but inconsistent quality
4 years agoI've made eight blankets out of this yarn. I love the feel and it is easy to work with. However, the majority of skeins have knots in them which have to be removed and worked around. Unfortunate to lose any of the yarn since there isn't much in the skein. Even more upsetting is the inconsistent quality of the yarn. In EVERY skein I've used, there are loops that do not have enough fiber to make them fluffy. They looks more like a thread with only a few fluffy fibers. This is true of the solid and variegated yarn. These defects are visible in the finished product. 2 years agoThe Candy Pink yarn has been the worst Bernat Alize Blanket EZ yarn I have received. There were many thin/thready loops. Some of the yarn balls had a lot of knots and one in particular had a large knot where the yarn had been tied together. The yarn also shed alot. Just terrible.No, I do not recommend this product.
