    Afghan for my Daughter

    It’s great fir outerwear. Too rough for an Afghan but it makes great poncho’s, sweaters, and hats. I really like the hint if sparkle it has woven in. Stays together nicely. It also is machine washable and tumble dry low heat or hang dry.

    I am Red Hearts biggest fan! Not only is it great quality, but access and ease of use with the strand coming out of the middle is one of the things I love best. And at this sale price, it can't be beat.

    My Favorite, BUT...

    I usually bought this product (metallic) at Walmart stores. I make a lot of amigurumi to donate. Recently, though, Walmart has started selling it in different packaging, and with not as large of a selection as in the past. They're version is now thinner and makes for a smaller swatch. I'm still able to get the original from Yarnspirations, but will you also be changing to the newer version?? I hope not!

    I was reluctant to try this yarn as a lot of the metallic yarns are scratchy! This yarn is so soft! PERFECT for hooking! A great weight! The TEAL color is my absolute breathtaking! So beautiful! Keep up the great work Redheart! I love your yarns!

    Q: why did you discontinue Red Heart with Love metallic yarn, I found a white and rose skein I do not remember buying, only had one of each. Made 2 hats and ran out. Beautiful yarn…says discontinued online, why?

    A: We are sorry to share that this product line has been discontinued and can understand your disappointment.   We would like to assure you that extensive research goes into how well the product is selling before such a decision is made.  We have checked our inventory and no longer have any stock to offer. You may wish to try locating some at retailers like Michaels, Joann Stores, or WalMart, and also consider searching eBay.com, Etsy.com, and Amazon.com, as well as Ravelry stashes.  Many sellers post our products for sale on those sites and inventory is updated frequently.
