2 months agoI bought enough of this yarn to make two afghans (8 skeins each), and I really love it! I'm currently working with Sage, which is a lighter-than-expected, vibrant, soft color. This worsted weight (4) yarn is very soft and has a beautiful sheen. I'm crocheting with a size I/9/5.5mm hook and this yarn is so smooth that it just seems to fly through my hands, with minimal problems of separating strands. It's also machine washable/dryable, which will make the recipient happy. I can't wait to see the finished blanket; after only a few rows, it already makes you want to curl up in it. Because of the soft, lightweight texture, this yarn would also be excellent for sweaters, scarves or other types of crocheted or knitted clothing.Yes, I recommend this product.

11 months agoHelpful?Q: The color of Persimmon in the pictures looks like a darker rusty orange. In person it’s extremely bright almost neon orange and I can’t use it for my blanket. Can someone check this?
a year ago1 AnswerA: While Persimmon is not a neon orange, different dyelots can come out brighter or more muted, darker or lighter. If you are unhappy with your color you can return it to the retailer it was purchased from.

a year ago1 AnswerA: Our products are not flame retardent. This yarn is not a baby weight of yarn, and this yarn is not tested for Okeo-Tex certification. Our baby yarns are tested. That does not mean this yarn is harmful, it just is not marketed as a baby yarn and therefor we do not get this product tested.
