8 months ago1 AnswerA: The Caron Knit Motif Mountain Peaks pattern is worked in multiple shades of garter stitch squares worked in ‘Full, Half, and Quarter’ sizes. Follow the diagram to join squares to create the final design. The garter stitch is created by knitting every row. To form each square, there are KFB (knit front and back) increases as well as k2tog (knit 2 together) and k3tog (knit 3 together) decreases. The squares are seamed using the mattress stitch method. I hope this description helps you envision the construction of the blanket. Happy knitting!
