5 months agoThe pattern was hard for me to follow, may be due to lack of experience. The difficulties I found were the cluster and daisy stitches, rather than taught separately were instructed within the "row" instructions. I found this terribly confusing. Being intermediate, I should know what these stitches are or where to learn them. The row numbers on the instructions don't match the actual row number. Meaning row 7 on the instructions is actually for the 12th or more row. Finally, there seemed to be no real end -- no repeat rows 4-12 x times, last 4 rows are cluster pattern. There's no ending. I love the pattern. Mine isn't turning out like it should -- but I'm a novice trying an intermediate pattern. ANY ADVICE FROM OTHERS who have used this pattern is more than welcome. email below. And if I learn the errs of my ways, I can change the rating.Helpful?Response from Yarnspirations:5 months agoConsumer CareThank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Daisy Chain and Clusters Pattern. We're sorry you found this style of presentation confusing. Although not separated out at the beginning of the pattern, each stitch pattern is called out by name in the body of the instructions. The first section of the pattern is worked in the basic cluster pattern. This is a one-row repeat, even though it shows more rows in the diagram. When instructed to switch to the Daisy Chain pattern, the row numbers reset so that they match up to the row numbers in the diagram. The pattern repeat is specified near the end of the instructions, with Rep from ** to ** 5 times more. The initial can be found at the top of the right column on the first page of the pattern right after row 2. The final can be found right before the repeat instructions before you are told to NOT fasten off. We hope this helps you better understand how this pattern works. -
