Questions
Start typing your question and we'll check if it was already asked and answered.1 - 4 of 4 QuestionsQ: Which pink is the lightest shade
11 days ago1 AnswerA: Thank you for your interest in our products! In the Bernat Softee Baby yarn line, Pink is the lightest shade among Petunia, Prettiest Pink, and Pink.
5 days agoHelpful?Q: How to start a skein from the inside
a year ago1 AnswerA: Bernat Softee Baby is considered a ball put up, and not wound to have a center pull. Attempting to pull from the center may cause knots and tangles as the yarn is not wound to be used this way. For this product, we suggest to take off the wrapper and find the outer end. Once started, you may want to consider placing in a tote or bowl on the floor and giving a slight tug as you use it. This will allow the ball to unwind properly for you. Happy crafting!
a year agoHelpful?Q: Hiw do dye lits compare
a year ago1 AnswerA: All yarn has a lot number in addition to the item and color number. For best results, we recommend using yarn from the same lot.
a year agoHelpful?Q: Does this yarn have a dye lot or are they all the same # 166030
a year ago1 AnswerA: Yes, they have lot numbers. For best results, we recommend matching item number, color number and lot number. This information can all be found by the bar code. In the example below, 166030 is the item number, 30010 is the color number and 2020 10 WL 219910 is the lot number. We hope this helps!
