a year agoI make star shaped baby blankets with this yarn and they are so popular! Soft and squishy- parents call them magic blankets! I love working with it. It takes a little getting used to but it works up super fast! I really miss all the great colors they used to have. I’m disappointed the Color choice is so limited now.Yes, I recommend this product.

a year ago1 AnswerA: Thank you for reaching out. Bernat Pipsqueak yarn is a #5 Bulky yarn with a wonderfully unique texture and the following gauges: Knitting Gauge: 11 sts and 16 rows with a 5.5 mm (U.S. 9) knitting needle Crochet Gauge: 9 sc and 12 rows with a 5.5 mm (U.S. I/9) crochet hook Bernat Baby Bubbles was also a #5 Bulky yarn but lighter (knitting gauge was 15.0 sts = 4 inches using US 9 - 5.5 mm). Although it also had a unique texture it's not quite the same as the Pipsqueak. Red Heart Baby Clouds was a #6 Super Bulky yarn and so heavier. It was also a bouclé yarn having again a different texture. We hope this helps!
