a month agoI've made several blankets with this yarn and am always impressed by the quality of the yarn. It's soft and easy to work with and comes out so nice from the washer & dryer. It doesn't "worm" like other chenille yarns, nor does it fray.Yes, I recommend this product.

Nebraska, USA5 out of 5 stars.Great for Stuffed Animals
- Verified Purchaser
a month agoI really like this yarn for crocheting all my stuffed animals that I make and sell. It is just the right softness and yet durable for prolonged play. The softness makes you want to cuddle the animal. I will also say though that the yarn can easily break compared to other yarns when tugging on it as a strand, especially for a magic ring. So tug gently. Once the item is getting crocheted and made the yarn is strong like any other yarn. The only other negative is that in most skeins there are at least 2 or more joined knots. However, overall, I do recommend this yarn for amigurumi and water balloons.Yes, I recommend this product.

Questions
Start typing your question and we'll check if it was already asked and answered.1 - 10 of 52 QuestionsQ: am making a blanket with Bernat Blanket Tweeds: Night Tweed 38013. I just need two more skeins and I can't find it anywhere! Please tell me it hasn't been discontinued! Could you please tell me how I can find two more skeins of this yarn.
8 days ago1 AnswerA: The Bernat Blanket Tweeds in Night Tweed shade is exclusive to Walmart stores. Due to the exclusivity agreements in place, neither Yarnspirations.com nor other retailers can carry the product/color that you are searching for. We recommend that you contact Walmart directly, as they should be able to help you locate this product. You may also wish to consider searching eBay, Etsy, or Ravelry stashes to see if you have any luck finding one there. We hope you have found this information helpful!
2 days agoHelpful?Q: What would be a good offset color to Sailor’s Delight. I want to make a patchwork afghan for my bed?
2 months ago1 AnswerA: Thank you for your interest in our products! Many of the colors in our multi-colored yarns are specific to that item, designed to be unique shades, and not offered as a standalone color. Unfortunately, we do not have a solid ball recommendation, as color choice can be personal. It is also difficult to capture the true color online, so if possible, we would recommend that for best results, you take your multicolored yarn to a shop and compare it against solid colors in person. Best of luck with your project!

5 months agoHelpful?Q: Is this yarn safe to microwave?
5 months ago1 AnswerA: We do not recommend that any of our yarn products be used in a microwave or other heat source. Acrylic and polyester, especially, can flare and burn if exposed to high temperatures.
5 months agoHelpful?Q: Why does my skin of yarn have knots where it's been tied together.
6 months ago1 AnswerA: Although knots are unfortunately, unavoidable in today's manufacturing process, we would be more than happy to assist you with your product concerns. Please send details to inquire@yarnspirations.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible. Remember that when you find a knot, it is recommended to always treat it like a new ball of yarn. You can go back to your edge and rejoin the yarn leaving a strand long enough to weave into the edge of your project.
5 months agoHelpful?Q: Is the yarn hypo allergenic?
6 months ago1 AnswerA: Thank you for your interest in our products. All our Bernat Blanket yarns are OEKO-TEX certified and hypoallergenic.
6 months agoHelpful?Q: I’m trying to make a blanket with “cloudy sky” and stripes of each of the colors in “cloudy sky” can you anyone tell me if Bernat sells the blue in cloudy sky as a solid stand alone color? Or something very close to it?
