My favorite yarn for Amigurumi crochet projects has a Sparkle version in their baby yarn line.

I almost exclusively use Bernat varieties for the amigurumi plushies I make and sell. It's just the best, no question, and I know my customers will consistently receive a quality plushie that will last. I recently discovered the sparkle and it's FABULOUS! I just finished a ghost pattern and immediately reached for my skeins of Moonlight Sparkle. I wish I could post a pic because the sparkle really sets it apart. It's an even sparkle, somehow just the perfect amount of glimmer, but like all Bernat it doesn't shed or snap and it's a dream to work with. I've just ordered more, because these ghosts have already been snapped up. I have two other colors so far that I love just as much. I've used the yellow in multiple variations of loaf cats, and the aqua for some cute lil pigs. I can't wait to try more colors!
